Research on Knowledge Management of Agricultural Scientific Research Institution

The scientific research institute is an knowledge concentrated organization which works for knowledge innovation. Due to the variety of understandings, people define the knowledge management differently. This thesis analyzes the research background, necessity, contents and range of knowledge management in agricultural scientific research institutionT the authors put forward the point that the core values of knowledge management is tacit knowledge transfering into explicit knowledge, which is assumed to throw light on knowledge management in practicing and set up the theoretical system of knowledge management.
